If you write to us during this period, you will receive a response as soon as possible. However, if your question is about alerts, there are several things you can try on your own.
Regarding alerts:
- If you have received an alert because the package has already been dispensed from your location, try to reactivate it. If the package cannot be reactivated, it must not be dispensed according to the Danish Medicines Agency
- If you have received an alert where the serial or batch number is not recognized, you can check if CapsLock has been accidentally activated and/or try using another scanner
- If the package cannot be verified, you can contact the marketing authorization holder for the product (listed on the package).
Otherwise, you can send a picture of the 2D Data Matrix code and the readable data elements to info@dmvo.dk, and we will process your inquiry when we return. - In case of a justified suspicion of counterfeit medicine, the Danish Medicines Agency must be contacted as soon as possible at +45 4488 9595 or rapidalert@dkma.dk.
