DMVO stores and processes the information necessary to fulfill our purpose: to establish, manage, and operate a national data storage system, under the requirements of EU legislation.

When you enter into a contract with DMVO and/or apply for access to DMVS or NMVS Alerts, we ask you for a range of information:
  • Are you an end-user, this concerns data about the end user's contact person who is assigned the administrator role, as well as any other users the administrator registers, the end user's organization (including the pharmacy's name and address), name, e-mail address, and any other necessary contact information.
  • Are you a supplier, we ask for data on the supplier's contact person(s). This processing may include name, title, work-related contact information, and payment information.

DMVO processes data, among other things, to be able to enter into contracts, assign secure access to DMVS or NMVS Alerts, and handle communication with the registered.

DMVO sends out newsletters if you have subscribed to them. In this connection, the DMVO collects contact information in the form of name, e-mail address, and company, if relevant.
